Hello there,
My mission is to facilitate the expression of
the feminine aspects of the human psyche.
It is my view that the suppressed aspects of legitimate human experience contribute to the mass disconnection, dissociation, and ultimate decline of planetary and human health that we observe in the world today.
As a woman, my work is to create spaces for women to experience more of themselves both in 1:2:1 work and within my community membership and retreats.
I provide knowledge-based and practical tools and resources to discover, explore, and experience themselves deeply. To validate and celebrate all dimensions of ourselves and return to wonder, mystery, community, and interrelational healing.

When I first met Jamie it just clicked straight away, but I could never have imagined just how much of an impact she would have on my life! I had never felt so seen and heard, Jamie created such a safe space for me to truly feel like I could be vulnerable, push myself out of my comfort zone and grow beyond belief.
From the reclaim method programme, 1-2-1 coaching and the reclaim your power retreat, I’ve taken away so many useful tools that I continue to use, become part of an incredible community of like minded people, made new sisters for life and learned so much about myself. I came away from these experiences feeling POWERFUL, being comfortable with being my authentic self and knowing that I can create the life I want to live, a fulfilled life full of joy

The Reclaim Your Power Retreat 2023 defied every single expectation I had. I thought I was just going to be chilling in a nice villa in Ibiza and doing yoga here and there (honestly) but it was sooo much more than that. This 5 days was seriously perfect, I can hand on my heart say that it healed a part of me that I thought was permanently broken. Jamie’s itinerary was designed to literally ensure that every single woman who entered the retreat, left being able to say that they had reclaimed their power. The energy that was created in the space and the friendships and bonds that were created were more than special all of us girls are still in touch daily now, supporting empowering and checking in on eachother. A life changing experience to say the least. Very special 5 days
